Honey Mustard Miso Salmon

  • 1 one pound salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • Juice of one lemon

Preheat oven to 425°F. Whisk mustards, honey, miso and lemon juice together in a bowl until smooth. Arrange salmon in dish and pour sauce over salmon to coat. Bake salmon, uncovered, for 15—18 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown on top. Transfer to plates and serve.
